Definitions

"Account" means a registered Artist Intro user account.
"Artist Website" means a website created, managed, or published through Artist Intro.
"Manager" means a User authorized to manage one or more Artist Websites.
"Organization" means a company, agency, record label, management company, enterprise, or other legal entity using the Services.
"Personal Information" means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under applicable law.
"Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Information, including collection, storage, organization, use, disclosure, transmission, deletion, or destruction.

Users do not directly communicate with AI models through the Services.

Depending on how you use the Services, Artist Intro may collect the following categories of information.
5.1 Account Information
When you create an Account, we collect information including:
- Artist Name;
- Artist Intro URL (slug);
- email address;
- encrypted password;
- email verification status;
- account role;
- account status;
- account creation date; and
- account preferences.
Passwords are never stored in plain text.
5.2 Artist Website Information
You may provide, upload, edit, or publish:
- biographies;
- artist summaries;
- photographs;
- artwork;
- logos;
- banners;
- videos;
- event information;
- social links;
- streaming links;
- downloadable files;
- contact information you choose to publish;
- custom domain settings; and
- other website content.
Information you intentionally publish becomes publicly accessible.
5.3 AI-assisted Onboarding Information
During onboarding, you may provide a publicly available YouTube channel or other supported public source.
Artist Intro may retrieve publicly available information from supported third-party services to prepare an initial website draft.
Selected information may be processed by one or more third-party AI service providers solely to generate editable onboarding drafts.
Users do not directly interact with AI models.
AI-generated drafts:
- are only drafts;
- are never automatically published;
- never overwrite User Content;
- remain editable at all times; and
- become public only if you decide to publish them.
5.4 Communications
When you contact Artist Intro, we may collect:
- your name;
- email address;
- communication history;
- support requests;
- bug reports;
- billing enquiries;
- legal notices;
- feedback; and
- related correspondence.
5.5 Payment Information
Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers.
Artist Intro does not store complete payment card or banking credentials.
We may receive limited billing information such as:
- subscription status;
- payment status;
- invoice information;
- transaction identifiers;
- payment timestamps; and
- billing history.
5.6 Technical Information
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

- protect User Accounts;

6.3 AI-assisted Onboarding
Artist Intro uses artificial intelligence only during onboarding.
AI is used solely to assist in preparing an editable first draft of an Artist Website.
To generate this draft, Artist Intro may process:
- information provided by the User;
- publicly available information identified by the User;
- Artist profile information necessary for onboarding; and
- limited technical metadata required to generate the requested draft.
Users never directly communicate with AI models through the Services.
AI-generated drafts:
- are generated only during onboarding;
- are never automatically published;
- never overwrite User Content;
- remain fully editable by the User; and
- become public only if the User chooses to publish them.
Artist Intro does not use AI to continuously monitor, rewrite, update, or republish Artist Websites after onboarding.
6.4 Customer Support
We process Personal Information to:
- respond to enquiries;
- resolve technical issues;
- investigate reported problems;
- verify Account ownership where appropriate;
- improve customer support;
- investigate abuse;
- maintain platform security; and
- communicate with Users regarding the Services.

- remain publicly available beyond Artist Intro's reasonable control.
You should publish only information that you intend to make publicly available.

Artists under the age of eighteen (18) may use the Services only through a parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized representative who creates and administers the Account on their behalf.
Where an Artist is a minor, the parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative is responsible for:
- creating and managing the Account;
- accepting the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy;
- reviewing and approving published Content;
- managing subscriptions, where applicable;
- ensuring compliance with applicable law; and
- exercising applicable privacy rights on behalf of the minor where required.
