An Account is required to create, manage, and publish an Artist Website.
At launch, registration requires:
- Artist Name;
- Artist Intro subdomain (slug);
- email address;
- email verification via One-Time Password (OTP); and
- creation of a password meeting Artist Intro's security requirements.
Registration creates an Account only.
Publication of an Artist Website remains subject to the publication workflow described in these Terms.

- belongs to you or your Organization; and
- will be kept reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for all activities occurring through your Account unless caused solely by Artist Intro's negligence or wilful misconduct.
You agree to:
- maintain a secure password;

- require identity verification;
- require ownership verification;
- invalidate active sessions; or
- take any other reasonable security measure.
Artist Profiles & Ownership
Artist Intro recognizes that ownership and administration of Artist profiles may differ depending on how an Account was created.
The following rules apply.
Artist-created Accounts
Where an Artist creates their own Account, the Artist remains the primary owner and administrator of that Artist Website.
Manager-created Accounts
Where a Manager creates an Artist profile, the Manager administers the profile until administrative control is transferred in accordance with these Terms.
Creation of an Artist profile by a Manager does not transfer legal ownership of the Artist's name, identity, likeness, or intellectual property to the Manager.
Organization-managed Accounts
Organizations may administer multiple Artists through authorized Organization administrators and Managers.
Administrative rights are determined by permissions configured within the Services.
Ownership Disputes
Artist Intro does not determine contractual ownership between private parties.
Where ownership or administrative authority is disputed, Artist Intro may:
- request proof of identity;
- request contractual documentation;
- request management authorization;
- request additional evidence;
- temporarily suspend administrative changes;
- temporarily suspend publication;
- restore administrative control where sufficient evidence exists;
- decline requested transfers; or
- comply with applicable court orders or legal requirements.
Artist Intro is not responsible for resolving commercial, contractual, employment, management, or business disputes between Users.
Managers & Organizations
Artist Intro supports collaborative management of Artist Websites.
Depending on assigned permissions, Managers and Organizations may:
- create Artist profiles;
- manage Artist Websites;
- edit website content;
- invite Managers;
- manage permissions;
- publish websites;
- manage multiple Artists; and
- perform other actions permitted by the platform.
Only authorized Users may perform administrative actions.
Users granting Manager or Organization access are responsible for ensuring that such access is appropriate.
Artist Intro may rely upon permissions configured within the platform unless legally required to do otherwise.
AI-Assisted Onboarding
Artist Intro uses artificial intelligence solely to assist during the onboarding process.
Users do not directly interact with AI models through the Services.
The onboarding process generally includes:
- creating an Account;
- providing a publicly available YouTube channel or other supported public source;
- retrieving publicly available information;
- internally processing selected information using one or more third-party AI service providers;
- generating editable draft website content;
- allowing the User to review, edit, replace, or remove the generated content; and
- publishing only after the User expressly approves the final website.
AI is used only to reduce manual work involved in creating an initial website draft.
AI may generate:
- draft biographies;
- artist summaries;
- meta titles;
- meta descriptions; and
- similar onboarding content.
AI does not automatically:
- publish websites;
- publish content;
- overwrite User Content;
- continuously update Artist Websites; or
- make editorial decisions.
Users remain solely and exclusively responsible for reviewing every AI-generated draft before publication.
Artist Intro does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, original, lawful, or suitable for publication.
Publication of AI-generated content remains entirely under the User's control.
User Content
Users retain ownership of all rights they hold in the Content they upload, create, edit, import, or publish through the Services.
Artist Intro does not acquire ownership of User Content solely because it is uploaded to, stored on, processed by, or published through the Services.
Users are solely responsible for all User Content made available through their Accounts.
This includes, without limitation:
- biographies;
- artist summaries;
- photographs;
- artwork;
- logos;
- banners;
- videos;

By uploading or publishing User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the Content or possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to publish it;
- publication does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights;
- the Content complies with applicable law;
- the Content complies with these Terms; and
- you accept full responsibility for the Content you publish.
Artist Intro does not review, verify, certify, endorse, or guarantee the legality, ownership, originality, or accuracy of User Content before publication.
License Granted to Artist Intro
To operate the Services, you grant Artist Intro a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable solely as necessary to provide the Services, sublicensable license to:
- host User Content;
- store User Content;

- otherwise process User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the Services.
This license:
- does not transfer ownership of User Content;
- exists only for operation of the Services;
- does not permit Artist Intro to commercially exploit User Content outside the Services; and
- terminates when User Content is permanently removed from the Services, subject to backup retention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and technical copies reasonably required for system integrity.
Public Content
Once you publish an Artist Website, the Content you intentionally make public becomes publicly accessible.
Public Content may:
- be viewed by anyone;
- be indexed by search engines;
- be cached by internet services;
- be archived by third-party services;
- be shared by Visitors;
- appear in search results;
- be linked by third parties; and
- remain available outside Artist Intro's control.
Artist Intro cannot control or remove copies stored by third parties after publication.
You are solely responsible for determining what information you choose to publish.
User Responsibility for Published Websites
Every published Artist Website is controlled by the Artist, Manager, or Organization responsible for that Account.
The User is solely responsible for every element published on an Artist Website, including:
- written content;
- biographies;
- photographs;
- artwork;
- videos;
- downloadable files;
- external links;
- embedded players;
- social media links;
- streaming links;
- event listings;
- contact information;
- custom domains;
- SEO information;
- metadata; and
- any other published material.
Artist Intro provides the software used to create and publish websites.
Artist Intro is not the author, editor, publisher, promoter, manager, representative, or owner of User Content.
Artist Intro neither controls nor endorses User Content and assumes no responsibility for published User Content except where required by applicable law.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that published Content:
- is accurate;
- is lawful;

- assume responsibility for third-party resources.
Your use of third-party services is governed solely by the terms and privacy policies of those services.

- third-party hosting failures; or
- interruptions caused by external providers.
Artist Intro may temporarily disconnect or disable a Custom Domain where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the Services;
- investigate abuse;
- comply with applicable law;
- enforce these Terms; or
- respond to security incidents.
Website Publication
An Artist Website becomes publicly accessible only after completion of Artist Intro's publication workflow.
At launch, the publication workflow generally consists of:
- successful Account registration;
- completion of onboarding;
- review and editing of imported and AI-generated draft content by the User;
- generation of a temporary private preview link for review;
- administrative review by Artist Intro where applicable; and
- publication to an Artist Intro subdomain or connected Custom Domain.
Approval for publication signifies only that the website has satisfied Artist Intro's publication requirements at the time of review.
Publication does not constitute:
- verification of factual accuracy;
- legal review;
- endorsement;
- certification;
- confirmation of ownership;
- confirmation of licensing;
- confirmation of intellectual property rights; or
- acceptance of future changes made by the User.
After publication, Users remain solely responsible for all subsequent modifications.

Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services remain the exclusive property of Artist Intro or its licensors.
This includes, without limitation:
- software;

- workflows;
- dashboard interfaces;
- branding;
- trademarks;
- service marks;
- logos;

Subscription plans, pricing, included features, and billing intervals are presented before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Artist Intro may, in its sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:

Users may cancel subscription renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle the User to a refund for payments already made.
Additional billing practices may be described on the checkout page or invoice where applicable.
Suspension & Enforcement
Artist Intro reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
Where Artist Intro reasonably believes that a User, Account, Artist Website, or published Content violates these Terms, Artist Intro may, with or without prior notice where appropriate:

Artist Intro determines the appropriate enforcement action based on the nature, severity, credibility, frequency, and potential impact of the violation.
No General Monitoring Obligation
Artist Intro provides software that enables Users to create and manage Artist Websites.
Artist Intro is not under a general obligation to proactively monitor:
- User Content;
- Artist Websites;
- external links;
- downloadable files;
- embedded media;
- communications between Users;
- visitor submissions;
- Custom Domains; or
- activities conducted through the Services.
The presence of unlawful, infringing, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited Content on an Artist Website does not by itself establish that Artist Intro has knowledge of that Content.
Artist Intro may become aware of Content through:
- User reports;
- copyright complaints;
- legal notices;
- security monitoring;
- automated abuse detection;
- law enforcement requests; or
- internal review.
Once Artist Intro becomes aware of information that reasonably appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, Artist Intro may investigate and take action it reasonably considers appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms requires Artist Intro to pre-screen, verify, approve, or continuously monitor every Artist Website or every item of User Content.
Failure by Artist Intro to identify, review, remove, suspend, or disable any Content or Artist Website shall not constitute approval, endorsement, verification, or acceptance of such Content, nor shall it create any responsibility or liability for Artist Intro.
